My Nose Sucks

And  I don't mean it sucks to look at, cause it does.  My left nostril is tickling and burning and I want to rip it off.  My nose keeps running - so bad I shove a Puff up there when I sleep.  I have tried benedryl, nasonex, entex pse, nothing works. Is is allergies?  I made an appointment with a chiropractor who did BioSET on me 4 years ago.  Maybe it has worn off.  I don't know, but I am miserable.
