New Kid Pics

Here are some new photos of B and Charlie.

Charlie has been sitting up or a week or more. She
flops over occasionally. She is getting up on her
hands and knees. She is also moving around on her
belly. Turning around and going backwards.

I took this before school on Tuesday.

Our New Zoku Popsicle Maker

Mike didn't get me a Mother's Day present, and that is OK. I told him to we'd go and get me a new pair of jeans. Well, yesterday on Martha Stewart, she made blueberry yogurt popsicles. B said lets make those. I have been looking for an excuse to buy a popsicle maker from William Sonoma and there it was.

We used frozen blueberries from the
Community Winter Market.

B helping out. We also used honey sweetened Fage
greek yogurt.

You put the Zoku in the freezer, the take it out,
pour in the ingredients and 7 minutes later,
cold treats!

Charlie chillin'.

Finished product. Good!

I like the Zoku. It is hard to get the stuff in the chambers. I used a funnel. I just need practice.

B's Pictures and Charlie's First TIme in Her High Chair

Mike took this one of Chuck. She actually
sat through dinner.

She hasn't started on solid's yet, I am trying
to hold off. Maybe six months. Though she
was eying my tacos. Well, they are tacos,
who wouldn't want them. I love tacos.

Charlie is 4 Months Old Today!

Quick stats about Charlie. Went to the ped today and she is 15lbs 10oz and 26.5 inches long. She doesn't nap, but can roll both ways, scoot around on her belly and get one of her knees underneath her. Can she sit up yet? No. I want her to. Also, she doesn't like to be ignored while I type on the computer. Enjoy the photos.

Random Pictures - Zoo and Park

The kids are still asleep (as I should be, but Charlie was noisy this morning) so I thought I would post the few pictures I have taken of them recently. I keep forgetting my camera when we head to the zoo, so I used my iPhone. Hence the stinky photos.

We went to the zoo on Monday (our usual zoo day) to see Brookfield's new bear habitat. It was so crowded, I could bearly (ha!) get B and Charlie close enough to see the bears. Still, very nicely done. We will check it out from time to time to see how crowded it is and hopefully get to watch the bears swim.
