James Street Rehab - Update

The house is almost finished. Some painting outside, and the bath inside. I think it looks pretty good. I am happy Mike picked grey for the siding. And I love the new bath floor. But why didn't we add heat underneath?

    I have been asking myself the same thing about heat under the floor, would have been worth the extra $
